Elisha is the office manager and production coordinator for Elkins Design. She ensures the smooth, day to day running of the office in addition to welcoming our guests with her outgoing personality. Our account and creative teams rely on her heavily for production requests, event execution, and just about everything we do on a daily basis. Elisha supports our staff by making sure all organizational needs are met so we have everything we need to do our jobs at peak performance.
Melissa CaringerAssociate Creative Director
Melissa brings 15+ years of agency and client-side retail experience to the team. She has created award-winning campaigns for a wide range of clients in foodservice, fashion, healthcare, consumer packaged goods, retail, hospitality, and aerospace. Melissa is known for delivering messaging in unexpected and memorable ways that meet client objectives for digital, social, print, broadcast, and more.
Rebecca ElkinsCo-Owner, Ceo
Rebecca has over 18 years of agency experience in business-to-business and retail marketing. She works closely with clients to establish key objectives and strategies, and develop annual client marketing plans through implementation and evaluation. Clients managed include Tyson Foods, Inc., Glaxo Smith Cline (GSK), Abbott Nutrition, Cott Beverages, Walmart, and Kent Precision Foods Group.
Scott ElkinsCo-Owner, President, Founder
Scott has over 18 years of experience in advertising in print design, digital development, photography, and video production. Scott has played a key role with Walmart, from sitting on-site as a creative consultant/designer to being a creative consultant for vendors and internal Walmart departments alike. He’s an award-winning designer and photographer, and has produced print and digital creative for a wide variety of clients. many clients such as Tyson Foods, Inc., The Arkansas Music Pavilion, Kraft Foods, Electronic Arts, and Mrs. Dash.
Jane HarmonSenior Account Executive
Jane has more than 20 years of experience in creative content development and directing promotions that inspire action. A skilled strategist with the ability to manage the details, she brings a deep knowledge of omnichannel marketing. In addition to extensive experience in the television industry, she’s also worked with J.B. Hunt, ABG, Golden Living, and U-Pack Moving. She has a heart for public service in the areas of science, the arts, and humanitarian efforts.

Cammy Jo McCainBusiness Development Manager
Cammy Jo has 25 years of experience in the NWA community. She has experience with shopper marketing, new product launches, development of 360° marketing plans, and successful implementation of multi-million dollar programs. Cammy Jo also enjoys volunteering in the community—past volunteer relationships include Junior League of NWA (Board Member), Two-term President for Associated Women for Harding and the NWA Community Clinic (Board Member). Clients managed in her career include Kraft Foods, Inc., Glaxo Smith Cline (GSK), The Campbell Soup Company, Clorox and Pfizer.
Debby MerritSenior Account Supervisor, Director of Research & Insights
Debby has over 15 years of experience managing, developing, and executing research for her clients. She has helped develop marketing strategies through primary research—facilitating panel discussions, online surveys, etc.—and secondary research, such as tracking consumer insights and trends. Debby has worked with clients such as The Campbell Soup Company, PepsiCo, Schwan’s, Smuckers, Tyson Foods, Inc., Jackson/Enodis, Behr Paint, Kent Precision Foods Group, and Southwest Minnesota State University.

David Mimbs has over 30 years of advertising and marketing experience in the world of Retail Advertising, working In-Store and on the Agency side. Being a former creative director, graphic designer and photography art director for both the Fashion & Home arenas, his passion is working collaboratively with a creative marketing team to produce superlative omni-channel brand communications for clients in any business category.
Kara NicholsSr. Art Director
Kara has 10 years of experience in creative development. Kara has taught graphic design and photography courses at NWACC, was the Creative Director for 3W magazine (a non-profit magazine promoting charities within NWA), and worked within the sports marketing arena for High School and College Athletic departments across the country.
Lisa PayneAssistant Art Director
Lisa has five years of experience in digital and traditional design, including custom website and app development. She started working with us as a contractor and quickly worked her way into a full-time position. We should also mention she’s the undisputed kickboxing champion of Elkins Design.
Ryan RileyLead Digital Developer
Ryan has over 15 years of experience designing and developing for web and mobile. He has worked with a wide variety of clients including Walmart, Tyson Foods, Coca-Cola, Chevron, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Church’s Chicken, and Dillard’s.
Alyssa WhiteAssistant Art Director
Alyssa started as the first intern at Elkins Design in 2009, and has steadily grown as a designer and photographer. She has extensive knowledge of and experience with the Walmart brand, but has also contributed at one point or another with nearly every client we have.
Kate WilkersonSenior Art Director
Kate has over 15 years of creative experience, and is a strong designer and problem solver. She enjoys working to achieve client’s goals in efficient and attractive ways and also has a thorough understanding of print production processes and digital file optimization. Kate has worked on clients such as Behr Paint, USG, Otis Spunkmeyer, Butler Builds, Tyson Foods, Inc., and Tamko Building Products.
Kevin WilkersonCreative Director
Kevin has experience in a wide range of mediums including print, digital, and television. In addition to being a gifted designer, Kevin is also a seasoned video editor and award winning photographer. Kevin worked at Noble & Associates for 15 years prior to joining Elkins Design in 2010, and has been an integral part of the company’s success.
